How to change your timezone
If you're traveling to a different timezone, your events might not match your local time. Whether you're on a business trip, vacation, or just moving between time zones, Jam will detect your location and suggest a timezone change. A dialog will appear with a recommendation, but it's up to you to confirm or adjust it manually.
How to update your timezone?
If your events seem off or aren’t matching your current location, here are a few steps you can take:
- Give it a moment. Timezone updates are suggested automatically as the application detects that you are in a different timezone, but it may take a few minutes for changes to reflect in your calendar.
- Manually update your timezone. If needed, you can adjust it yourself:
- Go to Manage Account
- Click on My Account
- Select Settings
- Choose the correct Timezone
How does Jam handle daylight saving time?
Good news! Jam automatically adjusts for daylight saving time when necessary, so your events will stay on track without any extra steps from you. If you see any events with the incorrect time, please check your timezone settings.
