How to Connect a Public Calendar (Outlook, TeamSnap, GameChanger & more!)

You can now import any public calendar by URL. Stay organized and up-to-date by integrating popular calendars directly into our app, including holidays, sports schedules, school events, and local festivals.

Here's how to connect a public calendar to your Jam:

1. Click on your Profile Icon
2. Click Connect External Calendars from the menu and then Add External Calendars. .
3. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your TeamSnap or GameChanger Calendar
4. For all other public calendars, press Subscribe to a Public Calendar
5. Enter the .ics public calendar URL to connect it to your calendar
6. Enter a calendar nickname and press Next
7. Your calendar sync within a few moments and will be auto-updated with any changes.

Instructions on Connecting to an Outlook Calendar

1. In Calendar view, select Settings  > View all Outlook settings.
2. Select Calendar > Shared calendars.
3. Under Publish a calendar, choose which calendar you want to publish and how much detail people can see.
4. Select Publish.
5. Copy the ICS link, and paste it into the Calendar URL field in Jam.
6. Enter a calendar nickname and press Next
7. Your calendar sync within a few moments and will be auto-updated with any changes.
