How to Modify or Cancel your Jam Subscription

How can I change my plan from Monthly to Yearly?

You can easily adjust your subscription plan. Here's how:
  1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Manage Account below your name.
  3. In the My Account menu, choose Manage Subscription.
  4. From here, you'll be able to adjust your subscription plan.

On Android, you may need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to change your plan.

How can I cancel my Jam free trial or Jam membership?

We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your Jam membership or free trial, follow these steps:
  1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner to open your profile.
  2. Select Manage Account below your name.
  3. In the My Account menu, choose Manage Subscription and then click Cancel Plan.

What is the difference between canceling and deactivating?

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but allows you to continue using Jam until the end of your current period.

Deactivating deletes all your data permanently. If you think you might return, we recommend canceling instead of deactivating.


How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account:

  1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Manage Account below your name.
  3. In the My Account menu, choose Deactivate Account.

Important: Deactivating your account is permanent and will delete all your personal and family data. If you decide to come back, you’ll need to start from scratch and reconfigure everything. If you still have an active subscription, you will also need to cancel your subscription before deactivating your account.
